A four-to-six-week pilot on one task
One task, one team, a fixed price, and measures agreed before we start. At the end you have the numbers to decide whether to continue.
What the pilot covers
- One task, such as cash and position reconciliation exceptions
- One team and up to three client funds
- Four to six weeks
- A fixed price agreed up front
What we need from you
- Three to six months of past exceptions and how they were resolved, as exported files
- A few hours from one experienced person in the first week, to explain how the work is done
- Your reviewers, doing the review they already do, adding a one-line reason when they correct the agent
- One supervisor to approve or reject new rules
How the weeks run
| Week | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | We load your past exceptions, agree the measures and the starting point, and time a sample of reviews. |
| 2 to 5 | The agent proposes on new exceptions. Your reviewers accept or correct. Rules are written, tested and sent for approval. Nothing is closed without a person unless you allow it. |
| Last week | We report the measures against the starting point, list every rule and its record, and hand over the export. |
What you get at the end
- The monthly report for each client fund in the pilot
- Every rule written, with its tests and approvals, in plain language your team can keep
- The full record of decisions, exported
- A clear recommendation: continue, change the task, or stop
