Control and records

You decide what the agent may do. Every decision is on record.

Lumiveo is built for firms that answer to auditors, clients and regulators. Each decision can be traced to the data used, the rule applied and the person who approved it.

Who approves what

You set the limits.

Your operations head decides which item types the agent may close alone, and which always go to a person. Limits can be set by client fund, item type or amount.

Rules need a supervisor.

No rule that changes an answer is used until a named supervisor approves it.

Changes to the agent’s own steps are tested first.

A change must give the same answers on past cases before it is used, and each change is recorded.

Anything can be switched off.

Any rule can be edited or switched off at once. The record shows every case where it was used.

What the record holds

For every item the agent touches, the record keeps:

Records cannot be edited after they are written. They can be exported for your auditors, your clients’ due diligence and your controls report.

Your data and your rules

  • Your data stays in your environment.
  • The rules belong to you. One client’s rules are never used for another client.
  • We do not train AI models on your data. If you want a model of your own trained on your corrections, that is a separate choice you make.
  • Access is by named user, with roles for reviewer, supervisor and administrator.

Checking the agent’s work

  • Every proposal shows the records it used, so a reviewer can check it in one place.
  • A second AI model checks each decision against your approved rules and flags any that do not follow them.
